Keeps calling with voice machine

Voice mail said it was "Carl Banks with an important business matter"....deleted message and blocked the number.

called all family members including ex husband, told him the make and models of vehicles i own. after i contacted him and refused to give ss no and contacted trade commisions office to file compaint. still keeps calling them. threats of a court summons.

The truth is I actually owed the debt. Ive noticed most people do not want to own up to there past debt. However I took the approach to contact them and they settled for less amount.

If its a legitimate debt they will contact you through mail.  Not BS random threatening voice mails and cold calling.

If they wont verify debt legitimately and send you everything through certified mail chances they are BS.
