Called my cell phone. Let voicemail  pick up. They hung up.

I have had several different numbers calling me i dont like to answer phone numbers i don't know. . but when I answered this one the told me I got accepted into a college.... I have not enrolled in any schools or colleges....

Call started with a recording...before I could hear the whole message on the recording, it transferred within 1-2 seconds to some lady to which I hung up...almost like when you are on wait in a call for an operator to pick up, but this was a call to me.
