Provisional Risk Services or a variation of that name is some sort of overseas debt scamming group. I'm thinking it is located in Jamaica. Ignore the calls and block them.

just called a call from woman named helen stating they were going to file charges against me.. did not state what.. sounded jamican stating to call the legal offices at 877-561-5879. tried to look up there phone number when i do cannot find them or who they are
It's a scam, so don't worry about it. They are trying to frighten you to pay a "debt" which you don't owe. Probably mentioned something about sending someone out to serve you papers if you don't pay up now. Processes servers don't work that way, either.
They called my parents house telling me a woman have received a audit on her desk. says her name is helen. they are filing court papers tells me to call a 1-877-561-5879 their legal department. i had this issue before with another number 440-910-3902 stating they are crs company tried to look them up.. filed complaints with the ftc and attorney generals office. did not state who they are. seems like they keep using different numbers blocked them on my cell phone
This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this, all for an alleged or nonexistent debt. One of the tricks they use is to call your work place repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying. They also use the “process server” who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number. Now why would a “process server” want to do you, a stranger, a favor, and at the same time not get paid to deliver the papers?
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I got a call from this number stating that they were an arbitration company and that I owed money on a loan from years ago. I had declared bankruptcy so this was all cleared. They insisted that it wasn't and were very rude. Not falling for this scam!!! When you call the number it is answered "legal department".. Now who answers an outside line like that?!?!?!?
