Just got a call for that same number (from the 412 area code) that was from the Pittsburgh area. I answered but got no reply. Not even a message. No automated junk, either. Just dead silence. The call was placed at 8:47 this morning, central standard time. Called 'em back and it went to an automated voice mail system about credit cards and needing to verify...so got 'em on my do not call list.
Picked up the call - pre recorded message saying "Hi this is Heather from card services. There is currently no problem with your card but it is urgent you call us back to lower your interest rate..."
At that point I hung up. Obvious scam.
