Yep, it's Central Blood Bank and I agree that they need to get some control over this situation. I get calls where my caller ID identifies the caller as Central Blood Bank, but the vast majority of them come up as "unknown."
5 calls already today from different #'s claiming to be the blood bank, which i'm starting to not believe. Why would you harrass someone if you really wanted their blood? They are actually TAKING blood from those who need it, by making donors mad. If they outsourced, they need to get control.
