This number has called me a few times now, but my calls from non-favourited contacts are routed directly to voicemail. This is a robocaller, and it was already speaking before my voicemail recording started. The robocaller said:
"and there are now new benefits you need to be aware of immediately. A special event is being held in Pittsburgh next week to go over these new laws and how they will benefit you. If you are able to attend, a complementary dinner for two will be provided and you will also receive a wonderful resort stay with over 300 four star resorts to choose from. Please press one right now to reserve your seating, dinner, and resort gift. Press nine to be removed from this list."
So annoying. The other day when I received a call from this number there was no voicemail message, so I phoned back from a different phone (where I would not have to deal with the onslaught of calls if it was a telemarketer!) and it was a message service saying the voicemail box for "Steve" was full and could not accept any new messages and to please try again later.
I didn't get to the phone in time, so I called them to find out what they wanted. Either the phone number is bogus or they've put a fake outgoing message on their voice mail. A female voice now says "Your call cannot be completed as dialed" and a male voice says "2E0".
Either way I never trust anyone who calls me from a number that's been disconnected!
Some bs about benefit of time share in King Of Prussia. Just to be a ball breaker. I call back. The number is not in service.
Scam of course the way it is set up. Don't trust a number that is disconnected. Phishing.
