Contrary to the above, Select Health confirmed to me they are BOTH valid numbers used by them for surveys to gather info reference how you were treated at a recent doctors visit! I called the 855-568-5598 myself and the automated voice knew the doctor I visited on my last visit and asked survey questions to determine the quality of service I received! They ask for NO personal information like your SS# etc! You can call SelectHealth directly at 1-800-538-5038 to verify for yourself! Hope this helps!
Left a message asking to call 855-568-5598 with important information. Started asking for personal information. This is an obvious scam for your personal data.
I just had the same incident occur, but rather than call back the number they provided, I called SelectHealth directly. They said they do NOT outsource any of their business to companies outside of Utah and advised me to NOT call the number I was given by the people claiming to be with SelectHealth. Sorry utsafinos, but this IS a total SCAM!
Received a call from this number today. I did not call back the number they left on the message. I do not believe this is a legitimate call from SelectHealth because they usually mail something or send an email.
