This was an automated message saying it was from Florida Blue Cross and Blue Shield saying my husband needed to call them immediately due to an issue on our policy and they provided an 855 number. When he called the number it was very suspicious so he hung up. We contacted Blue Cross and Blue Shield and they indicated it was a scam and they had not called us. Be wary!!!
