this number is calling my family member FOR me. I have a cell phone and a home phone. The only time I ever gave this person's number out was back when I was applying for some online loans, years ago. I never get any calls from them on my personal phone numbers. They don't leave a company name. I think it is a recording to obtain a statement about a filing being scheduled?
If it was a legit bill collector they would have my personal information, seeing how I don't go around using someone else's phone number to sign up for things. If I owed money, they would call me, or better yet, SEND a bill in the mail.
