I found the managment company who owns the phone number 412-235-6107, they are called Global Crossing Services, Inc. They have been very helpful. Pam was the customer service rep that I spoke with and she was very courteous and polite. She contacted the manager of the account that the phone number 412-235-6107 is assigned to and will have them follow up with the customer to get me taken off their call list. This must be some type of bait and switch. The message says I have a problem with my cars warranty. I need to press #1 to clear up this matter immediately. None of the vehicles I own have warranties.
the caller said they were calling for my car warranty which would soon expire. I asked for which car, since I have a few. They wanted info on each car. I told them I had NO IDEA what year each car was and that my husband would call them back if they gave me a number. The line went dead immediately. I tried to call them back (to yell) and got only a busy signal.
Bought my truck in Pa. Since then I have been receiving these calls for a warranty on a vehicle that will soon expire. When I dail the #1 and get to a rep I ask to be taken off of the call list but they immediately hang up. Talk about ticked off! I hate getting hung up on! When I call back I get the busy signal. Grrrrr!
Same here............my car is brand new and under GM warranty. No response when I hit 1 or 2 as they request and get a busy signal when trying to call the number. I wish these people would get a real job and stop the harassing p[hone calls!
