This same placed called me yesterday from a slightly different number: 412-235-9949 with the caller ID "Pittsburgh PA". Today it was 412-235-9902 with caller ID "Unknown Caller".
Collection agency I think, if they don't get the person they want they just hang up. A little research shows it's a collection agency used when the company trying to collect doesn't have a legitimate claim.
