They keep calling and leave no message. I blocked them.

Found on Caller ID. No message. New number to me so it's going on the call block list.

Called 12:13pm; Caller ID: "V20312124200"-- alphanumeric CID = bogus call
Didn't pick up; went to VM: computerized male voice asked "Hello?", then disconnected.  Unsolicited robospammer.

Register on federal and state do not call lists every 3 years. Caller ID says MCKEESPORT PA, a dead giveaway that the call is not legitimate. The phone number is probably spoofed. We block everything but local area codes, and McKeesport isn't local. It is almost certainly a scam.
