ID said McKeesport PA and the familiar voice of "Joel" can be heard when you answer.
This is the PA FOP (and other police organizations) scam where they take your money and only give less than 15% to the organization.
Give directly to the organization, if you desire, not to these people.

Received a call from this number in the early evening.  Caller ID listed "McKeesport, PA." Left no message.

Have been getting multiple calls from McKeesport phone numbers about the so-called FOP charity since November 2016.  Enough is enough!  Now blocking.

I know, I know...sad to do this, BUT I called back and made the caller repeat the spiel 3 times...HE hung up after being met with my silence after the third time. He did admit he was NOT a member of the FOP, just a paid rep of an organization doing fundraising for them. I will keep the # unblocked for now, just so I can play another round!  This same group has gotten hostile with me in the past when I politely declined the offer to donate.

I DONT ANSWER THESE KIND OF CALLS BUT FIGURED IT IS A SCAM
