Got a call from them on my cell phone.  They hung up, as though they were testing the number.    As I don't know anyone in Pittsburgh, I just blocked them.

Scam company. Illegally obtains phone number. If you get a call from them, report to dept of education, police and better business bureau.

They call and don't leave a voicemail. When I call back a woman answers and acts like she has no clue about my number
