tired of them how do you stop them there use to be a number you could call on the phone that would stop them

Today I have received unwanted calls from three numbers:
412-307-3414 at 10:44am and 12:48pm
410-589-0672 at 10:39am and 12:43pm
703-656-9861 at10:54am.
I can't find whom these belong to but I want the calls to stop. I don't know these people.

Got a call from them this morning and they wanted account information for my electric company. Do not give any information to these people it is a scam. You can also make a report to your local Public Utility Commission. They are very helpful.

this number calls hangs up and calls again. I told them 1 time not interested but they keep calling. Calls about 10 times every day
