Who called from 4123073415

Call comes to my cell phone 2 times at least a day and leaves no message.  I don't answer #'s I don't know as I wait to hear who is calling etc.  Annoying and scary.

They've called me, so far, three times today. Every two hours, since 12pm.

Like Kaye said, I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know, especially if they don't leave a voicemail.
