These [***] holes call & don't respond to my hello

They didn't call "you," they called a hundred different people at the same time and only the first to pick up get's a response. Unless you pick up the phone every few seconds all day long, the odds of you being the first to pick up are against you.

A call blocker will solve this problem

Called my cell, left a recorded message:
“You have been preapproved for student loan forgiveness please call 949-201-2330 again that's 949-201-2330 thank you…”

I've gotten 50+ calls in the last ten days from all around the country (supposedly--obviously, this one didn't even have their message match the number that called me).
