Called the number. Asks to verify if you are so and so name. When I keep answering no the voice system says thank you and hangs up. I keep getting calls from this organization saying it is an important message. There is no way to get to customer service. This is some sort of scam. A real Health organization would default to customer service when it doesn't understand your request. I am fed up getting calls every day
I did google this # and found it to be a landline from US LEC CORP in Pittsburgh. If I don't know the #, I don't answer, that's it in a nutshell. It might be Verizon or ATT.

Got the call today - recorded greeting from "your health team", then asked to verify birth date. Hung up and called the number. Same recorded voice asking for DOB again. Hung up.
