received a call from this number..left message from kaiser permanente about thier website..

Yep, same here, just a Kaiser recording about their 'health tools'

Recording of Kaiser telling me to call another number for helpful information. Doubtful whether to actually call that number.

Seems legit.

There is nothing "legitimate" about these harassing calls.

I specifically asked Kaiser Permanente on three separate occasions to stop these automated calls.  Member Services keeps telling me that they have notated my account, but like clockwork, every month, I get one anyway.
