Who called from 4123428631

Has called twice in 3 days---no message

I have to wonder if this is yet another of Central Blood Bank's numbers - they use many, and sometimes they call from private numbers.

I was thinking the same thing.  And sometimes a message is left and sometimes none is left.  But they do use a LOT of different numbers!

when I said that I wasn't familiar with "vehicle processing department", she hung up

calls never leaves message. you answer and it hangs up . so much for the do not call list!
