Why call back? How well would threatening and forewarning arrests work? You didn't give them any account info, but you returned the call--a win for the swindlers. You added your name to a list of those to call for possible hits in the future.
This guy just called stating that he was a city arbitrator and he was trying to collect a debt from 2008 from a payday loan that I had taken out he had a couple of pieces of information right couple of pieces of information wrong insisted that this was going before Judge tomorrow he was trying to help me every time I ask a question to find out who the company is or expert document he then intern said I was being mean to him why I was harassing him this wasn't what he was calling for you know I trying to turn the tables on me as if I was being nasty to him and I wasn't I was asking a question because Mary didn't want to answer anything that I asked him which was a big issue so I think they are some type of debt collection company but obviously they don't have all the facts right and probably have mixed information it's really crazy I suggest you not giving these people any of your information and definitely none of your money
