Caller called threatening me saying that I needed to pay this loan from 2007 that I knew absolutely nothing about! Offered to reduce amount from $950 to $700 if I paid them over the phone. Representative and supervisor extremely unprofessional telling my daughter who spoke with them that maybe she opened the loan in my name because she sounded evil and taunted my daughter on the phone! Reporting them for harassment with the Attorney General

Called me telling me they were some arbitration company - telling me I will be seeing them in court for some supposed payday loan that I took out in 2007 - 8 years ago - are u kidding me?! I told her to send me something in writing or give me her name address and company. She just kept on talking and shouting telling me I have a lot of nerve living in the house I live in and not paying my bills. She just kept ranting and ranting and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. I told her the burden was on her to prove this was never paid. She just kept ranting. I told her I never heard of the company she was telling me I supposedly took out a loan from. And I do remember someone else calling regarding this supposed debt. I am reporting them to the attorney general
