Who called from 4123620000

Rogue robo-caller, calls late at night and no one to answer but static and 60 hertz hum.

John from the Windows Call Center.  Obviously about to tell me about the message they are getting from my computer.  Well, the Windows Call Center has an obviously such a bad carrier from Pennsylvania that they sound like a sweat shop in India!  He hung up on me before he could even tell me what my computer was doing.
