He scams money out of companies. He will call you and order your product then sue you for being on the DNC. Horrible person

Can you tell us more about this problem, or is your post merely a vendetta concerning the user of that phone number?
Y'see, it is NOT a DNC violation to call a person with whom one has a previous business arrangement  ... AND business to business calls do not have DNC protection.
