Who called from 4123650000

The caller got my machine. The msg left was just "goodbye".  I think this is a spoofed number and not valid.

Caller ID says VERIZON, but why would a ***phone company*** use an obvious spoofing technique like a number ending in four zeroes? No voicemail left.

Caller ID said VERIZON also.  They told me they were from the Technical Department of Windows.  I just hung up.  They have called several times before.
