Who called from 4123682651

Received a call from this number on 7/24/14 @ 5:35pm, the caller did not leave a voice message.

Some sort of a boiler room call center, pitching a loyalty card or some rebate.  Wants my phone number, address, and credit card number.

I recorded the call, and will be referring them to the authorities

Rang twice...I almost answered but they hung up after the 2 rings. no voice mail.  On do not call list but that doesn't seem to mean anything :(

I received a call from 412-368-2651 on Sat, 8/30/14 and just this morning, 9/5/14. I called the number back since no voicemail was given.  They are offering some kind of rebate card.  I hung up.

Rang twice - Called back - They have a $100 reward card for me! lol

Yeah right...Hang up
