This is the second time a number has called my cell phone asking for this person. This time a woman and I'm not sure this is the same number or not, but I wish I could block numbers on my Verizon BB. >:{
This is a company called "GMC Credit Services". Their full name is "Glass Mountain Capital Credit Services" and is an Illinois based company. They have started calling this number now daily for the past week looking for someone whom used to have this telephone number. I explained the situation to the [nice] representative who answered, and they stated the calls will stop within 24 hours. We'll see what happens. Usually, they just say that to get rid of you, yet continue calling. We'll see...

They appear to have a local telephone number in the 412 area code, perhaps to make it not appear as if from a debt collector, but someone local (or local enough) to the person they are attempting to collect a debt from.
