Who called from 4123726785

Received call. When I picked up, I heard ringing, as if I had placed the call, but then it went dead. (Some kind of overloaded automated call system?)

Same phone call here today, a year later from the first post above.
Spammer testing numbers for future use?

i just got the same call...three times this morning

might be Duquesne Light. I got a call from the 6781 number about a late payment

I just got a call from this number - it took a minute for me to answer, but then the line was dead...and when I called back (instantly) I got a recorded message saying it was disconnected.
