These people don't give it up, they're relentless! I've told them several times that I'm not interested in getting newspapers. That doesn't stop them. They call asking the same questions about the newspaper.
My advice is to get a call block app on your smartphone and dial *67 on your landline. Otherwise they'll keep calling non stop!
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Sales... they call multiple times a day and I've asked them to stop once already. I can't wait to be available the next time they call so I can tell them to stop, AGAIN.
Telemarketer called Tel-Start Corp, located on Penn Center Blvd in Wilkins Township with the Penn Hills branch zip code and contracted by the Post-Gazette. Makes it sound like they actually are the PG. Called every three weeks; even at 8 AM while on vacation in Shenandoah NP. I've told them to take my number off their call list, they promise to do so, and still keeps calling since they don't keep their promises. Offers the daily paper for free with the Sunday subscription. When asked how long will that offer last before PG starts charging me also for the daily, the answer is "Don't know." Number is now being blocked.
Am also writing directly to Post Gazette to have my number removed from their data base (claimed they needed the number in case there was a problem with my subscription. I guess the problem was I'm not subscribed to the dailies as well.). Headaches started immediately after they got the number. They survived w/o it for five years. If they still need a number, I'll give them our old discontinued home number.
I got a call from them at 12pm on a Sunday. They tried to sell me a discounted price for the York Daily record. Once I told her I was already a subscriber she hung up on me. Keep it classy.
