Who called from 4123855394

Total scam.  Why can't their harassment be stopped?  They call everyday between 11 an 1 and leave no message

same thing is happening to me cathy.  recently started to apply for jobs and this number will not stop calling me. no message.

Someone named Sandy called and said she's with a collection agency and that they got my file.I just hung up on them. I have been instructed to tell them to mail the paper work to me. And to take me off of their call list. If they are for real you should get the letter in the mail, if Not scam.
