That list, and the federal Do Not Call lists, are just lists that honest telemarketers honor.
The lists are not call-blockers.

Tired of getting these calls all the time. I signed up for the no call list ,but it seems like I get more calls since I did. Can you please stop the calls they call me at work. Always get in trouble for that.

Absolutely. Unfortunately, there are way too many naive people out there that unknowingly give scammers the incentive to continue.,
