Called and answered with "Hello" "Hello" which was a recording then it hung up. I called back blocking my number and someone answered saying they were with the fraternal order of police and wondered if I would donate. So I left them in silence and waited for them to hang up. This number changes with the same recording. Sounds like a scammer wanting you to write a check to a fake cause.
third time today this number or a derivative has called
area code 412 this time, but the exchange 387 exchange is the same
but the last four numbers change

Everyday I get a call on my landline from "FOP" supposedly. Of course it has to be fake since every time they call it's a different number because people block them, and then they have to use a new number. This has been going on for months/years.
