I never took out a pay day loan, I have very good credit and I monitor my credit needless to say my credit record is pretty clean. These people who do this are thieves not "scammers" and if a few of them would get arrested I'm sure it would make the other low life's think twice. By the way I monitor my credit so close because a family member and my names a very similar and things have shown up on my credit that were his. Also every call I record and then report the number and content to the state attorney general office. Report every call these criminals play on your fear but they are the ones who should be afraid.
