Who called from 4123871439

Caller ID Clairton PA.  No message left.  I didn't find any reports on this number but I have gotten scam calls that said Clairton before.  If they call again without leaving a message, I will block the number

I get calls from this number on my landline. Its location is Clairton, PA. No message is ever left, so, of course, I never call it back

Called 2:34pm; Caller ID: "V32514342300".  (ANY call displaying numbers in CID is bogus!)
Didn't pick up; went to VM: computerized male voice asked "Hello?" 3X, then disconnected.  Unsolicited telescammer, number blocked.

caller from 412-387-1439 asked if I wanted to buy videos of him and his mom having three ways with various farm animals.

It's the PA FOP Foundation.  They're exempt under the DNC.
