chinese guy answers , and says he didnt call. but caller ID DOS NT LIE . DOES IT ?

I want these to stop.  I get a phone call everyday at the same time on my business cell.

It's ADP, a payroll outsourcing firm.  They may have dialed your number by mistake, as they did mine.

It's ADP and they want to know who handles the worker's comp for your office.  However, I believe it is outsourced telemarketers... because our company uses ADP already.  sales sales sales...
