Who called from 4124190542

Called my home number at 3:14pm today - we didn't answer and no message was left.  Caller ID just read "Pittsburgh, PA".  We are on the do not call list.

caller ID read Obama Program; call my office and used the name Richard Sullivan and told me I needed help with the IRS when I told them I would go down the hall and get my lawyer so they could talk work things out and they hung up -

Caller had a long spiel about how I owed the IRS money and all the problems that can cause, including loss of driving privileges (really?). I asked him for specifics but he ignored me and continued reading from his script in spite of my barrage of personal insults. I hung up. Call was from Pennsylvania.

Richard Sullivan, telling me I owe the IRS money and could have stuff garnished. Hang up the phone, this guys a joke.
