Got a call from a number that upon Googling appears to supposedly by a call from UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center) "Clinical Research" in Pittsburgh, PA. Which probably explains the UPMC in UPMC0270V-PRIV that I got in the caller ID's CNAM.

No idea if it was charity solicitation, but I know I have no consumer or other type relationship with them.
