I got a call from this number today as well, and as I usually do, I checked my caller ID, didn't recognize the Area Code (I'm in Middle Georgia), and just silenced the ring. Later when I checked, of course, there was no voicemail. Thanks to everyone else who posted here!

First telemarketing ambulance chasing scamming call ever from Pittsburgh, PA. Looking for poor fools who think they can make millions suing for taking Xarelto. Nothing worse than scumbags like this that prey on people. Hope they all rot in hell.
