called yesterday, I picked up as my daughter and her family live in Pittsburgh, and this is their area code...it was a recorded message pushing some sort of scam about rebates for energy bills..I hung up before the pitch was done.
called and did not leave message i called back and it said i was contacted by telephone marketer said to leave phone number and we would be removed from contact list oh the number came on as billing dept on phone, When they dont list who called when u call back u know it is crank call.
This number called me today, and didn't leave a message. They won't be calling me any longer as I blocked their number. This call came up on my caller id as, 'billing dept'. Looks like another scam to me.
