Who called from 4124403135

Caller ID blocked called left no voicemail.

Call came on my cell phone.  Said hello and no answer so just hung up.  This is happening all to often.

said hello only heard a laugh in the background this is the fifth time this number has called haven't answered till this time and will not answer again. it said magic jack customer when I called back

Getting call from this number both at my home & cell phones...no message left and and we do answer no one says anything.

Also when you call the number back it says Magic Jack customer is not available...
