same as Kathy. claim against me, want to serve me papers, but need to verify my address, I am 'put on notice'. but they called my wife's cell phone, not mine, not my house. really? no name of company or what I am being served for. They even got my name wrong. okay (it was a lady) I will be waiting for your mail corospondance within 5 days of your phone call, if I don't recieve one...which I won't....then we all will know you are a scammer. sounds like another one i need to report to the FTC.
Making threats about me being "put on notice" to be served a claim at my place of residence and work! Gave a claim number, yet also somehow called my parent's cell phone too?!?! They called them before they called me. However, they refused to give name of company or what debt they are talking about.

same thing as above. John Houston and he threatening to send someone to my place of employment and home residence. said there has been a claim brought against me and I have officially been notified.
