Who called from 4124604002

Why can't government shut them down. I block them then get calls from another number of 800 notes. Might have to see if legal action can be taken as I have so many calls from them after blocking.

Got a call from 412-460-4002, when I call back it's always busy - typical of a spammer/scammer/junk/idiot/etc.

Called but left no message.
I called back got a busy signal...

I have been receiving phone calls from spammers ever since I posted some furniture for sale on Craigslist. Odd
