Said call was from McKeesport,PA.
I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize so went to voicemail and they didn't leave a voicemail....
Will be blocking this number now after checking here

Got a call from this number today. Did not pick up call-listened to message. Knew it was a scam call. Call was from Bank Card Advocate

Called husband's cell, did not answer.  They did not leave message.  We don't answer unless we recognize number or caller.

"This is NOT a solicitation call...!" So begins the pre-recorded spiel. Funny. The voice then goes on to solicit my "business" with a bogus offer of 0% credit card rates. Well! Just like Xx, above, I HAVE NO CREDIT CARDS!!! Could they be monitoring the payments Michael Louse is remitting? Perhaps they should target these robo-calls to him, whomever Michael Louse may be. Wouldn't it be great if these tossers just quit executing these scams?
