BOTH of these numbers call me at least once a week. This is what they say:
412 - 465 - 1131 (McKeesport, PA)
"Hi, my name is Robin Dukes from the Energy Choice Program".. Blah blah.."Duquesne accounts" Blah blah... "Please call me back at 412- 430 - 0004"
878 - 201 - 0358 (Rochester, PA)
"This is Tom, is Mike there.. Sorry, I've got the wrong number".
After reading this forum, I've noticed that some people are getting the "This is Tom" guy from the Choice Energy number. So, I'm guessing they are connected.

Call from Tom, asking for Mike. If you call back (because he calls so often), you get a recording to press 2 to be placed on 'no call' or something. I wonder if this scam involves charging you in some way when you press 2.
Same call, same male voice. Think it might be recorded? Caller ID always different phone number, WOMAN'S name, different city or state. Very strange, no purpose for the call. Anyone have a clue?
