I received an Email from a Laurie Watkins,supposedly from the BMW Lottery Dept, telling me I won a BMW aeries 7,and a check for $500,000,00, and I was to contact a Mr steven Smith, at [email protected], with secret pin code#BMW2551256004/34, along with my demographics. After I've done this Mr smith replies my Email to in turn contact Mr.Mark Kemmerer-from Clev Tower Dispatch Deliveries-tel#412-228-3921, which I did, and Mark Kemmerer,sent me a list of fees I would have to pay to have my prize delivered to my home address. It was when I decided to check the Clev Tower disp.Delivery on line that came across all the fruad complaints, in which I'm posting now. Here are the other Email adds for Mark [email protected] & markkmerer [email protected]
Beware of these Emails they're all fraud.

Tis Mark Kemmerer saying he is a diplomat Agent  to bring a Big check and a BMWto my home.
He askes you to send mone by western union whom you don't know. Names are different each time of payment.
Also tells you he will deliver BMW + BIg check if you pay so much and he will pay the rest.
He will even send you an ID with his picture.  This is all a SCAM please beaware.
His ID says Mark Kemmerer Card NO 001NXS/898 Diplomat Agent Pittsbergh, PA USA
4512 Park Manor Blvd. say he is with the Clever Tower Dispatch Deliveries. Be Aware
Yes, I hope we can catch these Frauds....

I'm getting the same thing by text message, same name but different phone number +1 (443) 417-1338
It's getting really annoying, I refuse to send them money. This is one of the text i received;

Pretty annoying, when they start asking for money you know it's a scam....

People be careful of who you send money to... You didn't win [***], if you did win they would be at your front door delivering in person
