Auto call, with the ID "Out of Area". I don't listen to those types of phone calls. If it is Express Scripts, I hope they google themselves and are redirected to this page, as they have a TERRIBLE record of listening to the people who are forced to use their "service". Automated phone calls are beyond annoying, and are zero help in identifying which of the multiple prescriptions I take every day. Even if I had a pen in my hand at the precise moment they ramble off the last four digits of my prescription, good luck reading what my daughter calls 4-point type they routinely use to mark the bottles! As to an ambiguous identification, if you are a MULTI-BILLION dollar company, you think you would be able to cop the few bucks to prominently display who you were with some modicum of pride, rather than an ambiguity that neither identifies you, nor speaks to your own pride in your company's good name.
Express Scripts lack of customer etiquette IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Express Scripts voicemail system NEVER presents the option to 'Opt Out' of these overbearing nannying reminder calls. The automated system NEVER offers an opportunity to talk to a human when calling in a prescription renewal. I've blocked every number they call from, and yet they keep calling and somehow leaving voicemail messages that don't identify the company, and NEVER offer an option to stop further reminder calls. There is NO WAY to stop these calls. I even signed up for email reminders, HOPING there was an option there to stop these calls, but no. Now I get the junk email reminders from Express Scripts too. At least I can filter them and delete them.
Yet another SPAM call from Express Scripts. I KNOW when I need to order a refill. Unlike going to my local pharmacy where I can count on receiving a prescription within 24 hours (often within 30 minutes), delivered to my home, if I request it, Express Scripts needs 7 to 14 business days. And then they try to double-bill me with most every invoice, by showing only 'Balance Due', not 'Cost of this Order' on the remittance slip. THIS is more convenient? NO!
