Called four times in two days. Only way to stop is to remove phone

this is the second time i recieved a phone call from them, i listened thru the whole way this time and at the end it says to push 5 to be removed from their calling list. hopefully this works. i also tried to call back and it said their mailbox was full

I,too, am on the no call list but it's not dueing its job.  I got a call from this number and a lot
of others
