Today you need a firewall on your home phone just as you do on your PC. These buzzards are increasing in number since the Baby Boomers are rippening for picking.
Anyway, this buzzard got shot down so it must have went on... to you.
Get a Call Blocker. My phone doesnt even ring when a blocked number tries to phone me. The log file in the program records all incoming calls and routes every caller to either my whitelist or my blacklist. My phone rings only for whitelisted callers.
So have fun getting up and down to answer your phone while the Call Blocker runs 24/7 on my PC and is free.
