I suspect they are a scam. They advertise that they are "Energy Choice Assistant" that can help you reduce your rates. They launch right into asking personal information which I refused to give without further info. When I requested to see a website (none appears to exist), obtain the company phone number, or simply seek how the company gets paid for their services, I did not get a straight answer. When I asked to talk to the manager, the line eventually went dead.
