Some girl from IPX Sports Promotion Department trying to release an overnight package. SCAM. They've been calling here for months, if you ask any questions about the package they have no answers but want you to give them a bunch of information. Then after the package is delivered they bill you for the merchandise even though you NEVER asked for it. Don't answer their calls.
Received another phone call from this number, but Jacquelyn identified herself as being with US Standard. She had the name of an employee here, and wanted to speak with him about the package. She stated that she wanted to let him know to keep an eye out for it. I let her know that one of my duties as receptionist is to sign for all packages, so she actually should talking to me, not the employee she asked for. She wanted his voicemail, I asked for the tracking number. She reported it was B1741 --- what kind of tracking number is that? She asked for his voicemail, I told her no. She hung up.
